We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

From time to time, we may also offer free delivery promotions on selected products or minimum order values.

Order Tracking

Delivery Information

Please ensure that all delivery information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Plant Pot Shop cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional delivery charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays can happen outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the courier provider as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

We take great care when packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

        Your order number

        Clear photos of the damaged item

        Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery details, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. If international shipping becomes available in the future, additional delivery fees, customs charges, and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
